Meridein Grupp OÜ was founded 20 years ago and has since grown into a leading provider of drone solutions in Estonia and across the Baltics. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, innovative products and services that meet the needs of both professional and recreational users.

2016 

Meridein Grupp OÜ opened its first store in Tallinn in 2016 at Villardi 22 and has continued operating successfully from the same location ever since.

We also launched our website: www.droon.ee

2020 

In 2020, we opened a DJI ARS location in Vilnius to bring professional drone solutions and services closer to customers in Lithuania. On site, we provide product sales, rentals, training, and maintenance, and we also participate in various projects and demonstrations.

2024

In 2024, we opened a new store in Riga, further expanding our presence across the Baltics. Our Latvian location is our newest and largest store to date, offering product sales and rentals, professional training, maintenance and refurbishment services, as well as support for the implementation of various projects.

2025 

In 2025, we carried out a restructuring aimed at improving operational efficiency and creating a clearer focus across each area of the business. As part of this process, the company changed its name from Meridein OÜ to Meridein Grupp OÜ.

Meridein Grupp continues its journey as a strong and trusted partner, delivering high-quality professional services. In wholesale distribution, we are committed to transparency and equal treatment of all partners in accordance with applicable pricing and contractual terms. This ensures fair conditions for cooperation and supports the development of strong, long-term business relationships.












2026

In 2026, Meridein Grupp acquired a stake in the Estonian product and software development company Superhands OÜ. The partnership expands Meridein Grupp’s capabilities in IoT solutions, software development, systems integration, and industrial digitalization.

In 2026, Meridein Grupp separated its manufacturing and development activities into an independent company, FlyCore OÜ. This restructuring enables a clearer focus on product development, engineering solutions, and manufacturing, while creating a stronger foundation for the future growth of these business areas.
